Recently I have been trying to learn a bit more about joomla.  I found this great website http://www.buildajoomlawebsite.com/.  Here is their first free lesson from youtube.

 The free lessons were enough to get me going, before this I had only installed a few instances of Joomla.  The free lessons were very helpful and well done.   I purchased the entire lesson plan and so far I am happy with.  I am also impressed with their business model, give some good content away and hopefully convince enough people to pay for advanced training.
